and the right questions, to ask, Bob can solve problems, avoid unsolvable
problems, and generally straighten out the kinks in most proposals.
Bob's computer skills have evolved to the point where almost every
application packet has high-quality graphics, professional-looking data
sets, and computer-generated forms.
Remember, you are likely to go through the land development or
re-development process only one or two times. Bob has been doing it for
over 20 years.
